Obituary of David Lynn Shaw

David Lynn Shaw, 68, devoted father to Davy Shaw and Mariah Hill and step-son Kenny McGee, passed away June 25, 2015 in Charleston, SC. He was proceeded in death by his parents Herman R. and Margret Jolly Shaw, siblings Margaret E. Shaw, Carlton J. Shaw, Sylvia S. Hill and William “Billy” Shaw. He is survived by sister, Marilyn Shaw Langley, sisters- in-law Avis D. Shaw and Maedean Shaw and brother-in-law Johnny Hill, also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren Peyton, Chloe, Adia, and Jennifer David, came from a family of hard working, non-pretentious people who were proud of their Christian faith, and who believed in extending their hand to bring others to follow Christ. A Memorial Service will take place at 6pm at Grace United Methodist, 1601 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Charleston, SC 29414.
