Obituary of Ruth E. Crosby

Ruth (Carter) Crosby entered into eternal peace on June 21, 2015 Ruth was born on 10/30/28 in Cambridge Mass. to the late John Luurtsema and Alice Younker (Key). Ruth was an ordained minister. In addition to her parents Ruth was predeceased by her late husband Fred Crosby, her son John Carter, her grandchild Kenny Chaplin Jr. her grandchild Laurey Carter. She is survived by six children James Carter and his wife Margo, Butch Carter and his wife Diana, Richard Carter and his wife Darcy, David Carter, Michael Carter and his wife Cindy and Donna Chaplin and her husband Kenny, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Visitation for Ruth will take place on June 25 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation Burial Services (7475 Peppermill Parkway, Suite E, North Charleston S. C. 29418) Family and friends are invited to stay and celebrate the life of Ruth Crosby. The burial will take place at Live Oak Memorial Gardens on June 26th at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to attend.
