Obituary of Shirley A Jenkins

Shirley A. Jenkins, 67, of Charleston, South Carolina passed away June 23, 2018 at 9:52 a.m. She was born on April 12, 1951 in Summerville, South Carolina to the late Edward Aiken and Albertha Williams Prince of Charlotte, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband Bernard Jenkins, Sr.
In addition to her mother, Shirley is survived by her beloved son Bernard Alexander Jenkins, Jr; grandchildren Bernard III, Alexander, Cameron and great-granddaughter Anna.

She leaves to mourn her siblings Herbert Lee Warren of Columbia, SC, Joyce (Larry) Holland of Nashville, TN, and Rev. Brenda D. Prince of Charlotte, NC.
She was cherished by her great-aunt Beatrice Scott, special family friend Linda (William) Middleton and a host of relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 12 pm at Simplicity Lowcountry, North Charleston Chapel on Friday, June 29 ,2018.  Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. following the visitation.
