Obituary of Evelyn Ann Connelly

Evelyn, aged 77, of Ladson, S.C., passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Reunited with her husband, Raymond, Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Letitia Ann, Barbara Ann, Kathleen Ann, and Eileen Ann, four sons-in-law, ten grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Known affectionately as “Grammie” by many, she was the best baker of cheesecake, pecan pie, raw apple pie, butter cookies, and coffee cake. She loved gardening, floral arrangements, and her crafts. She was a dedicated employee of Lowe’s for over 22 years.

Many would always find Evelyn at the Church of Faith Assembly of God – Summerville each Sunday. She was an avid donator to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and The Kidney Foundation.

Evelyn had a huge heart and was always welcoming others with open arms. She was a kind, loving woman with a bunch of sass.

Evelyn, “Grammie”, will truly be missed and forever in our hearts.
