Obituary of Victor Rene Carnes

Victor Rene Carnes, born at Charleston Navy Hospital on Nov.19th, 1960 has died in North Charleston on Oct. 1st. He is the son of the late Charles R. Carnes and Sadie M. Coarsey. He is survived his daughter Jessica Carnes, daughter Brooke Teachout of Kirkville, NY, daughter Lisa Carnes of Oneida, NY, daughter Colleen Cregg of New York, his mom Sadie and brothers Kenley (Jill), Spencer (Kristi) and Chaney (Stacy), several nieces and nephews, and close friends.
