Obituary of Linda Taylor DeMonti

Linda Taylor DeMonti of Summerville, SC passed away peacefully at home on April 5, 2023. She was 72 years old.

She was born in Charleston, SC in August 1950 to Ervin and Vera Taylor, joining her older sister Nancy. Although she left Charleston for many years, she always longed to come home.

Until her health condition made it impossible, Linda worked in Accounts Payable for Charleston County Parks & Recreation. She had a lifelong love of reading, which she passed on to her children. Her other hobbies included dancing, going to Stingrays hockey games, and traveling. Above all, she fiercely loved her family and friends.

Linda is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Shannon and her daughter and son-in-law, Angi and Gus; her grandchildren Taylor, Trevor, Madison, Tomlin, and Savannah; and great-grandchildren Jameson and Colson; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Debby Taylor and Mike and Suzi Taylor; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister.
