Obituary of Thomas David Harkleroad

Thomas David Harkleroad, 36 years old, of Summerville, SouthCarolina, passed away on August 20th 2015. The funeral service will be held at 4pm on Tuesday August 25th at Hillcrest Baptist Church on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston. Visitation will be held at Hillcrest on Monday, August 24th at 6pm. The family invites you to join them in the fellowship hall after the funeral service for a casual dinner to celebrate Tommy’s life. Tommy was born in Charleston, SC on October 3, 1978 and was the son of David Tommy Harkleroad and Ruth Angela Burrows (Harkleroad), he is survived by his brother Timothy Harkleroad, wife Jennifer and their children Madison and Ava, as well as his sister Angela Argrett, husband Lawrence and their children Walter and Eden. He is also survived by his Grandmothers Thelma Barefoot and Beatrice Harkleroad. Tommy was a loved brother, son, uncle and friend who was deeply loved not only by his family but by extended family and close friends. Tommy was an entrepreneur and independent contractor and truly, a jack of all trades. No matter how long you knew him, he was guaranteed to impact your heart and life. He had a way of always bringing a smile to your face. He always made himself available to those that needed him. His love, laughter, and caring spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
